  • Jason Giordano
    Senior Managing Director

    Jason Giordano is a Senior Managing Director at CC Capital and Co-Executive Chairman at Collier Creek Holdings. He spent more than a decade working at Blackstone, where he led investments in consumer goods, retail, education, packaging, chemicals, and other sectors and was a managing director. At Blackstone, Jason participated in 12 initial and follow-on acquisitions totaling over $10 billion in aggregate enterprise value. Before joining Blackstone, he held roles at Bain Capital and Goldman Sachs. Jason has also served on the Board of Directors of Pinnacle Foods, AVINTIV, Crocs, Outerstuff, and Ascend Learning, and as board advisor to Trilliant Food & Nutrition. He received an A.B. in Economics from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.

  • Matt Skurbe
    Senior Managing Director, COO and CFO

    Matt Skurbe is a Senior Managing Director and the COO and CFO of CC Capital. Prior to joining CC Capital, he was a Managing Director in Finance and the Treasurer for Blackstone. Matt was also the Chief Operating Officer for Blackstone Liquidity Solutions and a member of the firm’s Valuation and Enterprise Risk Committees. Before joining Blackstone in 2009, he was the Chief Financial Officer for Merrill Lynch Bank & Trust, a multi-billion dollar bank housing several of Merrill Lynch’s consumer lending and banking businesses. Matt was a member of the bank’s Asset Liability and Market Risk, Finance and Product Control, and Credit Committees. Earlier in his career, he spent seven years supporting Merrill Lynch’s Treasury function and had previous roles with Amerada Hess and Arthur Andersen LLP. Matt is a board member and audit committee chairperson for the Association for Financial Professionals, as well as a board member for Project Sunshine and the Children’s Specialized Hospital Foundation. Matt received a B.S. in accounting from Rutgers University, achieved the Certified Public Accountant certification, and is a Certified Treasury Professional.

  • Richard DiBlasi

    Richard DiBlasi is a Principal at CC Capital. He was involved in the acquisition of Fidelity & Guaranty Life by CF Corp. and the take-private acquisition of Dun & Bradstreet. Prior to joining CC Capital, he worked at Blackstone from 2010 to 2016 in the Private Equity Group. At Blackstone, Richard focused on investing in the financial services, technology, and business services sectors. He started his career as a Consultant at FTI Consulting in the Global Risk and Investigations Practice from 2009 to 2010. Richard received a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University.

  • Bradford Williams

    Bradford Williams joined CC Capital in 2019 as a Principal. Previously, he was a Vice President at Crestview Partners, an upper middle-market private equity firm. At Crestview, Bradford focused on investing in the media, industrials, and consumer sectors and participated in 10 initial and follow-on acquisitions totaling over $3 billion in aggregate enterprise value. He started his career in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Barclays. Bradford has served on the Board of Directors of JR Automation and Hornblower Holdings.  He graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in Political Science and received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
