Leah Ritland sets CC Capital's strategy for culture and employee experience across the firm and its portfolio companies, with a focus on engagement, development, and organizational effectiveness. She also serves as the dedicated culture and community leader for Arena Investors and Aventus Capital, partnering with each leadership team to strengthen their teams while preserving what makes each culture distinct.
Leah joined CC Capital in 2017, one year after the firm's founding, and has helped shape its culture from the ground up ever since. Before CC Capital, she spent seven years at Blackstone, where she served as Executive Assistant to Chinh Chu — at the time a Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of Private Equity — providing high-level support at the center of some of the firm's most significant deal activity. Leah joined CC Capital as one of the firm's earliest team members, and her role has since grown from firm operations into building and leading the culture function that supports employees across the platform today.
Leah holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of North Florida.
